Christmas Party at the Nursing Home & Senior Center!

Celebrating Christmas at the nursing home and senior center is one of our favorite things to do each year! It's a time where we all come together to rejoice in our Savior's birth. It's a time where we can show love to the elderly and remind them that they are loved and cared for by us and by our Lord. What a joy it is to see the elderly smile as they sing, cry tears of joy as they open up their presents, and have a renewed hope that only comes from Jesus. 

The past two years have been extra special because the children from the city garbage dump come with us to visit the elderly. They prepare and perform a program, help hand out presents, and share love with the elderly through hugs and laughter. 

It's such an example of how love can multiply. Our supporters in the states allow us to do this work. Our Guatemalan missionaries teach and love on the children every week year round. Then these children go out to the community and share love with the elderly. All of this is possible because God has shown us what love is by sending His Son. 

​We believe this is just the beginnning of love multiplying. God has so much in store for this community, and we are excited to be a part of it.
